Aman’s journey began in Punjab, India, before moving to Dubai at five. Being introverted and shy, he found it challenging to navigate the cultural shift in his new environment. His struggles with weight and self-esteem further hindered his ability to settle into school life, causing his academic performance to suffer. However, through sports, he began to build the confidence and resilience he lacked. Aman discovers a stronger, more confident version of himself by overcoming his internal struggles and unlocking his true potential.
Aman’s early school years were challenging due to low self-esteem. Sports helped him build discipline and resilience, and by his senior year, he was excelling academically. Graduation was a proud moment, marking not only academic success but also personal growth. Education became a powerful tool that fueled his confidence and bold decisions for the future.
Aman’s professional journey began with selling cell phones, a role that introduced him to his first success. This early achievement set the stage for his entrepreneurial path, and after his parents joined him in the U.S., he started his first company. He expanded into the food industry in 2010 and then the transportation sector in 2017, both of which contributed to his growth as an entrepreneur. Despite facing challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, Aman later transitioned to coaching and consulting, driven by his passion for leadership and mentorship.
At eighteen, Aman made the bold decision to move to the U.S. alone, navigating both cultural shock and an ongoing search for his identity. He juggled several odd jobs while attending college to support himself. His entrepreneurial journey came with its fair share of setbacks, including the 2023 bankruptcy post Covid of his transportation business. Despite his hard work, imposter syndrome often held him back, making him feel that success was always just out of reach. Financial struggles were a constant challenge, with one particularly tough moment when his bank account dropped to just $52.
From a shy, introverted child to a confident, determined individual, Aman’s journey was driven by perseverance and personal growth. He launched several ventures in the food and transportation industries, demonstrating resilience and determination. Aman ultimately discovered his true passion in coaching and mentoring, guiding others to unlock their potential. He viewed failure as a teacher, using setbacks as stepping stones for growth. The unwavering support of his wife and children was the bedrock of his success.
